The rig is expected to begin the estimated 170-day campaign in 2027. The announcement indicates that the work will take place in direct continuation of the Deepwater Conqueror’s current contract in the U.S. Gulf.
According to the filing, the contract is valued at approximately $80 million. This figure represents the backlog contribution, which is stated as excluding additional services and compensation for mobilization and demobilization.
