CD 2017-CD6 Mortgage Trust filed a Form 8-K on October 2, 2026, announcing a change in the special servicer for a specific loan within its portfolio. Effective immediately, Torchlight Loan Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, has assumed the role of special servicer for the Colorado Center mortgage loan and related promissory notes (collectively referred to as the Applicable Non-Serviced Loan Combination).

The appointment replaces Argentic Services Company, L.P., which previously held the position. The transition was executed at the direction of Aperture Strategic Credit Master Fund, LP, which serves as the controlling class representative under the applicable trust and servicing agreement (the Applicable TSA).

Under the terms of the Applicable TSA, Torchlight’s responsibilities include the servicing and administration of the loan if it becomes specially serviced, as well as the management of any related Real Estate Owned (REO) property. Additionally, the company will be tasked with processing and performing reviews of material actions regarding the loan when it is not currently specially serviced.
