Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. announced on September 22, 2026, that it has entered into a new agreement with a pharmacy benefit manager. The agreement provides coverage for TONMYA (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets) to approximately 21 million Medicare Part D plan beneficiaries, effective immediately.
This new agreement represents 38% of the estimated 55 million Medicare lives in the United States. Following this announcement, total coverage for TONMYA across commercial and government payers now reaches approximately 166 million covered lives, which represents 53% of the total U.S. population.
Tonix stated that Medicare coverage for the product now totals 32 million Medicare lives in the U.S., accounting for 58% of the Medicare population. The company noted that TONMYA is covered by Medicaid in nearly all states.
Tonix reported that approximately 50 new sales force representatives have been fully activated in the field, bringing the total sales force to 150 representatives. The company also provided background on TONMYA, noting it was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on August 15, 2025, for the treatment of fibromyalgia in adults. The company highlighted that TONMYA is the first new prescription medicine approved for fibromyalgia in over 15 years.
