The Crypto Company (TCC) announced on September 30, 2026, that the testnet for its quantum-resistant Layer 1 blockchain, Frame, has gone live in private beta. The company filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to disclose this event. The press release accompanying the filing indicates that the Frame testnet has successfully processed over 7 million quantum-resistant test transactions.

According to the filing, Frame is designed to connect fragmented blockchain ecosystems into a single interoperable network. The system aims to allow people, businesses, and AI agents to build, bridge, and trade across chains without friction. The company states that the network is designed for settlement in under two seconds and utilizes a single signature to move value between chains, settled by Frame validators without a third-party bridge.

The technology is described as quantum-resistant from genesis. Transactions are signed using ML-DSA-87, the highest-security level of NIST’s post-quantum digital signature standard (FIPS 204), which is based on CRYSTALS-Dilithium. The company notes that wallets built on Frame are designed so they should not need to be migrated in the future.

The current private testnet phase includes post-quantum transactions, the Frame Wallet, Frame Names, and a decentralized exchange (DEX). The company lists future development phases on the roadmap, including a mainnet launch, cross-chain unified liquidity, and the ability for individuals and businesses to build applications on top of Frame.

Individuals interested in participating can join a waitlist at frame.community. The company also maintains a community presence on Telegram and Discord.

The press release includes forward-looking statements regarding the performance, security, and adoption of the Frame network, as well as the company’s ability to complete development and launch a mainnet. The company cautions that actual results may differ materially from these statements.
