TAP Real Estate Technologies, Inc. entered into a Subscription Agreement with Alpenhaus Resort, LLC on September 9, 2026. Under the agreement, the Company transferred its purchase option for the Zermatt Resort to Alpenhaus in exchange for a 2% equity interest in the company. The Company also executed a Technology Services Agreement with Alpenhaus to provide digital infrastructure and strategic technology services to the Zermatt Resort. As part of this agreement, Alpenhaus agreed to pay an upfront technology platform fee of $60,000, payable within three business days of execution, and a monthly service fee of $6,000. The initial term of the Technology Services Agreement is one year, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides 90 days' notice of non-renewal. The agreement grants TAP Real Estate exclusive rights to provide tokenization services for the resort, though any specific tokenization work would be performed under a separate agreement.
The Zermatt Resort is located in Midway, Utah, approximately 45 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The property features 65,000 square feet of convention and meeting space and is situated in a four-season recreation corridor. Alpenhaus plans to transform the resort into a four-star, four-season destination through a significant property improvement program.
TAP Real Estate describes its business model as providing a connected operating infrastructure that spans capitalization, ownership administration, renovation records, and guest engagement. The Company stated that Zermatt will serve as a pilot property for its integrated platform, which includes Consumer, Pro, and Enterprise subscription editions.
