Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SPH) announced on October 22, 2026, that its Board of Supervisors has declared an increase in the Partnership's quarterly distribution to $0.35 per Common Unit for the three months ending September 26, 2026. This represents an increase from the previous rate of $0.325 per Common Unit.
The new quarterly rate equates to an annualized distribution rate of $1.40 per Common Unit, a 7.7% increase over the previous annualized rate. The distribution is payable on November 10, 2026, to Common Unitholders of record as of November 3, 2026.
Michael A. Stivala, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the increase reflects progress in strengthening the company's financial position and confidence in its long-term outlook. He noted that capital spending is largely complete for renewable natural gas facilities in Columbus, Ohio and Upstate New York, and that the company has an improving leverage profile and positive momentum across its propane operations and renewable energy platform.
