Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI) has announced the appointment of Vivek Anand as Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Global Sales, effective November 2, 2026. The appointment was formalized via an employment agreement entered into on October 2, 2026, between Orlaco Products BV, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Stoneridge, and Mr. Anand.
Mr. Anand will report directly to Natalia Noblet, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and will serve as a member of the executive team. In his new role, he is tasked with leading the Company’s global commercial organization, which includes sales, product marketing, customer communications, market analytics, and sales and marketing strategy.
The filing details the specific terms of Mr. Anand’s compensation package. He will receive an annual base salary of €330,000, which is approximately $371,349 based on the exchange rate at the time of the agreement. He is eligible for an annual incentive bonus with a target opportunity of 50% of his base salary. Additionally, he will receive a one-time sign-on bonus of €50,000 (approximately $56,265), which is repayable in full if he resigns or is terminated without cause before November 2, 2027.
Mr. Anand will also receive a one-time special equity grant of time-based Stoneridge shares valued at €150,000 (approximately $168,795). This grant is to be issued as soon as practicable after his start date and will vest one year from the date of grant, contingent upon continued employment. He is also eligible for annual grants under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, with a target of 50% of his then-current base salary.
Regarding separation benefits, Mr. Anand will be eligible for the Executive Severance Plan, which provides for a 12-month continuation of salary and benefits, subject to Compensation Committee approval. He will also receive a standard Change in Control Agreement, offering 24 months of base salary and benefits continuation under a double trigger provision (change in control and loss of position within 24 months). The filing notes that Mr. Anand is eligible for relocation support from Belgium to the Netherlands and will participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans generally available to executive officers.
Mr. Anand, age 53, brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial vehicle and automotive industries. His previous roles include Managing Director, Nordics and Global Vice President, Strategic Accounts at ZF, and Business Unit Leader and Global Business Head for Driveline Systems, where he led a €500 million global business. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at WABCO and Aptiv.
