Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) announced on October 5, 2026, that Katherine Hargis has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.

Hargis succeeds Mark D. Wolf, who served in the role since August 2020. She joins Sterling from Key Energy Services, where she most recently held the title of Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. In that capacity, she advised the Board of Directors and executive leadership on legal affairs, corporate governance, and enterprise compliance, while also leading human capital, cybersecurity, and risk management initiatives.

Beyond her tenure at Key Energy Services, Hargis previously served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at U.S. Concrete. She holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Arizona State University.
