Banc of America Merrill Lynch Commercial Mortgage Inc. has filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to announce a change in the special servicer for a specific industrial portfolio mortgage loan held within a commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) pool.
The loan in question is the ILPT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan, which represents approximately 2.0% of the asset pool of the issuing entity, BANK 2019-BNK24, as of its cut-off date. The loan is part of the Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2019-L3 pooling and servicing agreement (PSA), dated November 1, 2019.
Pursuant to the terms of the MSC 2019-L3 PSA, Situs Holdings, LLC has been removed as the special servicer of the ILPT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan. Effective September 21, 2026, Argentic Services Company LP, a Delaware limited partnership, has been appointed as the successor special servicer for the loan.
