Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced on October 26, 2026, that it has fully repaid its outstanding credit facility with Generate Capital, PBC. The company retired the total principal balance of $28.7 million, which was the amount outstanding as of June 30, 2026. This repayment marks the complete termination of the credit facility and the release of liens on the related project assets.
The repayment was completed in two installments. In August 2026, Soluna paid $19.1 million toward the debt. The remaining balance was paid in October 2026. Following this repayment, the company’s total debt principal has decreased from $37.9 million at June 30, 2026, to $9.2 million.
Soluna entered into the Generate credit facility in September 2025 to refinance the Dorothy 1A and Dorothy 2 projects and fund the completion of Dorothy 2. The financing also supported the company's April 2026 acquisition of the 150 MW Briscoe Wind Farm, which provides renewable generation for Project Dorothy. The company stated that the repayment simplifies its capital structure as it continues to develop its AI and high-performance computing pipeline.
