Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced on September 28, 2026, an amended agreement with Dory Creek, LLC, a subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group. The amendment increases Bitdeer's deployment at Soluna's Project Kati 1 in South Texas by approximately 7 MW, bringing the total deployment at the site to 35 MW. This expansion is expected to be completed in November 2026.
Under the amended agreement, Bitdeer will deploy its Sealminer A2 Pro Air mining equipment. The total hash rate at the site is now approximately 2.42 exahashes per second (EH/s). The deployment is located within the site's K1BC phase, which is now fully subscribed.
Project Kati 1 is an 83 MW wind-powered data center located in Willacy County, Texas. The arrangement is a co-mining structure, under which Soluna provides the site, power, and turnkey operations, while Bitdeer provides and owns the mining equipment. The parties share in the mining proceeds generated by the deployment. This structure was introduced by Soluna in August 2026.
