Sanmina Corporation announced on September 14, 2026, that Shanker S. Trivedi has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Trivedi, age 69, brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology, data centers, and cloud infrastructure.
Mr. Trivedi previously served at NVIDIA Corporation from 2009 to 2026. His most recent role there was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business, a position he held from April 2016 to April 2026. During his tenure at NVIDIA, he led worldwide sales for data center and professional visualization products, as well as business development across various industry verticals including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, government, and education.
Before joining NVIDIA, Mr. Trivedi held senior leadership positions at Callidus Software, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and ICL. He currently serves on the board of directors of Enphase Energy, Inc.
Sanmina’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jure Sola, stated that Mr. Trivedi’s expertise in AI and data center markets will be valuable to the company. Mr. Trivedi will receive cash and equity compensation for his service in accordance with the non-employee Board member compensation arrangements previously approved by the Board.
