Sensient Technologies Corporation has entered into an amendment to its trade receivables securitization program. The filing, dated August 31, 2026, details an agreement between Sensient, Sensient Receivables LLC, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, and PNC Bank, National Association.
The amendment, titled Omnibus Amendment No. 1 to Receivables Purchase Agreement and Performance Undertaking, amends and restates the original agreement dated October 3, 2016. The updated program establishes the terms for a trade receivables securitization program.
Key changes to the program include the addition of PNC Bank, National Association as a purchaser and the administrative agent. The facility limit amount has been increased from $105 million to $115 million. Additionally, the termination date of the program has been extended to August 30, 2027.
