Scilex Increases Revolving Credit Facility to $30 Million

Scilex Holding Company has amended its revolving line of credit agreement with Vivasor, Inc., increasing the maximum borrowing capacity from $20 million to $30 million. The amendment was executed on September 25, 2026, and approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

The original promissory note was established on August 8, 2026, creating an uncommitted revolving line of credit. The amendment to the Note, filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the current report, raised the Maximum Credit Amount to $30,000,000 without altering other terms of the agreement.

Dr. Henry Ji, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairperson of Scilex Holding Company, and currently holds the same position at Vivasor, Inc.
