Salesforce and Nvidia have announced a new collaboration to develop the Koa CRM Reasoning Model, designed for integration with Salesforce's Agentforce platform. The model is built upon Nvidia's Nemotron 3 Super architecture.
According to the announcement, the Koa CRM Reasoning Model is currently in customer pilots. The companies have stated that general availability is expected in the winter of 2026, specifically for customers in the United States regions.
