Sabine Royalty Trust has announced a monthly cash distribution for September 2026. The distribution amount is set at $0.331680 per unit of beneficial interest.
The payment is scheduled to be made on September 29, 2026, to unitholders of record as of September 15, 2026. The trustee for the trust is Argent Trust Company.
The distribution amount is calculated based on preliminary production figures for June 2026 (oil) and May 2026 (gas). The preliminary volumes reported are approximately 39,647 barrels of oil and 1,094,091 thousand cubic feet (Mcf) of gas. The preliminary average prices used for the calculation are approximately $79.10 per barrel of oil and $2.33 per Mcf of gas.
Compared to the previous month, this distribution is lower. This decrease is attributed to a reduction in both oil and natural gas production, as well as lower oil pricing, which was only slightly offset by higher natural gas pricing.
The trust notes that sales volumes and pricing may fluctuate based on the timing of cash receipts. As of the close of business in August, approximately $1,141,000 in revenue has been received. Additionally, due to the timing of the end of August, approximately $199,000 in revenue received will be posted in September.
