Sabine Royalty Trust has announced a monthly cash distribution for October 2026. According to a press release filed with the SEC on October 5, 2026, the Trustee, Argent Trust Company, declared a distribution of $0.355450 per unit of beneficial interest.
The payment is scheduled for October 29, 2026. Unitholders of record as of October 15, 2026, will receive the funds. This distribution is based on oil production for July 2026 and gas production for June 2026.
The Trust provided preliminary figures for the current month's production and pricing. Oil production is estimated at 45,391 barrels, while gas production is estimated at 1,019,756 Mcf. The average price for oil is approximately $80.56 per barrel, and the average price for gas is approximately $2.34 per Mcf.
Compared to the prior month, this distribution is higher. This increase is attributed primarily to higher oil production and higher natural gas and oil pricing, which slightly offsets lower natural gas production volumes.
The Trustee noted that sales volumes and pricing may fluctuate based on the timing of cash receipts. Approximately $1,618,000 in revenue has been received since the close of business in September. Additionally, due to the timing of September's end, approximately $436,000 in revenue received in September will be posted in October.
