Roper Technologies, Inc. announced on September 29, 2026, that it has elected Abhijit Dubey to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Dubey will serve a term that expires at the Company’s 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief AI Officer of NTT DATA, Inc., a global business and technology services company, and also serves as a Director of NTT DATA Group Corporation.
Mr. Dubey leads NTT DATA’s strategy, growth, and operating performance, as well as the company’s enterprise-wide AI strategy and its transformation toward an AI-native operating model. Prior to his current role, he served as Chairman and Global Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd. Before joining NTT, he spent more than 20 years at McKinsey & Company, including as a Senior Partner, where he was a core leader of the firm's global Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Practice and founded McKinsey's cloud computing practice.
Roper Technologies President and CEO Neil Hunn noted that Mr. Dubey’s experience leading a large, global technology organization through an AI-driven transformation makes him a great fit for the Board. Board Chair Amy Woods Brinkley added that his background brings a rare combination of large-scale operating experience with technology and AI leadership.
In connection with his election, Mr. Dubey will receive an equity award with a grant date fair value of approximately $224,583, representing the pro-rata value of a full year non-employee director award of $385,000. Additionally, he will receive an equity award with a grant date fair value of $5,000, representing the pro-rata value of the $30,000 cash retainer for the first six months of the Board year. Mr. Dubey will also enter into the Company’s standard form of indemnification agreement for directors and officers.
