Reliance Global Group, Inc. has amended its credit agreement with Oak Street Funding LLC to facilitate the sale of a subsidiary. The amendment, entered into on September 4, 2026, allows the company to retain a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Southwestern Montana Insurance Center, LLC (SMI).
Under the original terms of the Master Credit Agreement, dated April 3, 2019, proceeds from the sale of any Borrower’s assets were required to be applied in full to repay outstanding obligations. The Sixth Amendment to the Master Credit Agreement modifies this requirement for the pending sale of SMI. Oak Street approved the transaction on the condition that 50 percent of the sale proceeds be applied to a specific term loan designated as Loan ID 121393.
The total amount designated for the loan paydown is $1,207,324.67. Once this payment is received, Oak Street will release SMI as a Borrower and remove its security interests and liens on the company's assets. The amendment became effective subject to customary conditions, including the payment of a $15,000 amendment fee.
The agreement was executed by Oak Street Funding LLC and the Borrowers, which include RELI Exchange, LLC, Altruis Benefit Consultants, Inc., and SMI. As a condition of the Sixth Amendment, the Company and its guarantors, including Reliance Global Holdings, LLC and the Beyman family, delivered a Reaffirmation of Credit Documents. This reaffirmed their guarantees and released Oak Street from claims arising prior to the effective date.
The Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ezra S. Beyman, signed the filing on September 11, 2026.
