Reliability Incorporated announced on September 24, 2026, the formation of Reliability Workplace Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary. The new entity is designed to provide specialized staffing, employer-of-record (EOR), and workforce-management services. The subsidiary will initially focus on the Healthcare Information Technology sector.
The launch builds upon the infrastructure and operating experience of Maslow Media Group, Inc., an existing staffing and workforce-management subsidiary of Reliability Incorporated. Reliability Workplace Solutions will apply the service model developed by Maslow Media Group—which includes talent acquisition, workforce administration, payroll support, and compliance management—to specialized professional markets under the Reliability brand.
The Healthcare IT practice of the new subsidiary will support project-based, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire needs. Specific areas of focus include healthcare information systems, implementation and integration, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
John Pickeral, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Reliability Incorporated, will provide executive oversight for Reliability Workplace Solutions. Pickeral leads client services, recruiting, marketing, and business development across the Company’s operating businesses. Ryan Hadley has been appointed to lead the Healthcare IT practice under Pickeral’s leadership. Hadley brings more than a decade of healthcare staffing and business-development experience, having previously served as Director of Business Development with AMN Healthcare and working in the healthcare division of Mindseeker Professional Services.
