Reliability, Incorporated has announced the mutual departure of its Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Tsahalis, effective August 21, 2026. The company stated that Mr. Tsahalis has left his position with Reliability and resigned from the Board of Directors. The separation was formalized through a Separation and Release Agreement, which became effective on August 28, 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, Reliability will continue to pay Mr. Tsahalis his base salary of $287,800 for a period of twelve months following his departure. Additionally, the company will pay for COBRA continuation coverage through December 31, 2026. These payments are made in lieu of a lump-sum severance payment that may have otherwise been payable within 60 days of termination under his original employment agreement.

In related personnel changes, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mark Speck as President of Reliability and its wholly owned subsidiary, Maslow Media Group, Inc. Mr. Speck will also retain his role as Chief Financial Officer for both entities, a position he has held since October 2019. John Pickeral has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and Maslow Media Group. Mr. Pickeral joined the subsidiary in July 2025 as Vice President of Client Development. Both new appointments are effective September 2, 2026.
