Red Rock Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRR) announced on October 21, 2026, that its subsidiary, Station Casinos LLC, has entered into an incremental joinder agreement to its senior secured credit agreement. This agreement provides for an aggregate principal amount of $500 million in incremental term B loans, referred to as the 2026 Incremental Term B Loans.

The new loans are fungible with the Borrower’s existing term B loans and carry identical terms. They mature on the existing term B facility maturity date and bear interest at a rate of Term SOFR plus 2.00% per annum, or alternatively, the base rate plus 1.00% per annum.

The transaction was entered into by Station Casinos LLC, Red Rock Resorts, Inc., Station Holdco LLC, and certain subsidiaries of the Borrower as guarantors. The Incremental Joinder Agreement amends the Borrower’s Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, originally dated March 14, 2024, and previously amended on December 18, 2024.

Deutsche Bank AG Cayman Islands Branch serves as the administrative agent and collateral agent for the agreement. Consistent with the existing credit facility, the 2026 Incremental Term B Loans are secured by pledges of equity interests, security interests in personal property, and mortgages on real property owned or leased by the Borrower and its subsidiary guarantors.

Station Casinos intends to use the proceeds from the 2026 Incremental Term B Loans to repay outstanding revolving loans under the Credit Agreement, pay related fees and expenses, and for other general corporate purposes.
