RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. has entered into a one-year employment agreement with Travis Reese, effective September 1, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Reese will serve as the company's Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. The agreement stipulates an annual base salary of $650,000 for Mr. Reese.
The compensation package includes eligibility for a bonus, reimbursement for business expenses, and health benefits. Additionally, the agreement grants Mr. Reese access to the company's benefit plans and allows for the use of a company-owned automobile and company-owned aircraft, subject to the terms of the corporate aircraft policy. He is also entitled to two weeks of paid vacation annually.
The agreement includes a confidentiality provision and a non-compete clause, which restricts Mr. Reese from competing with the company following the termination of the agreement. A copy of the full employment agreement is included as Exhibit 10.1 to the filing.
