On October 8, 2026, RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) issued a press release detailing sales performance for its club and sports bar operations for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported total club and sports bar sales of $70.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2026, a 0.8% increase compared to the same period in the prior year.
Within the fourth quarter, the company’s Bombshells sports bar segment generated $11.1 million in sales, representing an 18.3% increase year-over-year. The Nightclubs segment reported $59.3 million in sales, a decrease of 1.9% compared to the prior year.
On a same-store basis, Bombshells sales increased 12.1% for the quarter, while Nightclubs same-store sales declined 2.7%. The company noted that operational adjustments made mid-quarter helped improve Nightclubs sales sequentially in September.
For the full fiscal year 2026, total club and sports bar sales reached $282.2 million, a 2.0% increase compared to FY25. This marks the first time the company has generated annual sales growth in both its clubs and sports bars since FY22.
For the year, Bombshells sales increased 8.0% to $38.6 million, while Nightclubs sales increased 1.1% to $243.6 million. However, same-store sales for the full year declined 4.8% at Bombshells and 2.5% at Nightclubs.
The company attributed the turnaround in Bombshells to new strategies and leadership implemented mid-FY26. Excluding the three most recently opened Bombshells locations, total sales for the year increased 5.9%. New locations contributing to FY26 sales included Denver, CO (opened January 2025), Lubbock, TX (July 2025), and Rowlett, TX (June 2026).
