RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) released sales figures for its fiscal year 2026, which ended September 30, 2026. The company reported total club and sports bar sales of $282.2 million for the year, representing a 2.0% increase compared to the prior year. This marks the first time the company has generated annual sales growth in both its clubs and sports bar segments since fiscal year 2022.

For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, total sales were $70.4 million, a 0.8% increase year-over-year. The company reported that sales at its Bombshells sports bar locations increased by 18.3% to $11.1 million, while sales at its Nightclubs decreased by 1.9% to $59.3 million.

Same-store sales data for the fourth quarter showed Bombshells grew by 12.1%, while Nightclubs declined by 2.7%. The company noted that Nightclubs experienced sequential improvement in September due to operational adjustments made mid-quarter.

For the full fiscal year, total sales at Bombshells reached $38.6 million, an increase of 8.0%. However, same-store sales for Bombshells declined by 4.8% for the year. The company attributed this decline to the opening of three new locations during the year: Denver, CO (opened January 2025), Lubbock, TX (July 2025), and Rowlett, TX (June 2026). Excluding these three new units, total sales for Bombshells increased by 5.9%.

In contrast, total sales for Nightclubs increased by 1.1% to $243.6 million, while same-store sales declined by 2.5% for the year. The company stated that the turnaround program implemented at Bombshells in the second half of the year resulted in 8.2% same-store growth, compared to a 16.7% decline in the first half.
