RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) released sales figures for its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and full year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported total club and sports bar sales of $70.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2026, representing a 0.8% increase compared to the same period in the prior year. For the full fiscal year 2026, total sales reached $282.2 million, a 2.0% increase over FY25.
Within the fourth quarter, the company’s Nightclubs segment generated $59.3 million in sales, a decrease of 1.9% year-over-year. However, the Bombshells sports bar segment saw significant growth, reporting $11.1 million in sales, an increase of 18.3% compared to 4Q25. The company noted that same-store sales at Bombshells increased by 12.1% during the quarter, while same-store sales at Nightclubs declined by 2.7%.
For the full fiscal year, Nightclubs generated $243.6 million in sales, up 1.1% from FY25. Bombshells reported $38.6 million in sales for the year, an increase of 8.0%. The company stated that this marks the first time it has generated annual sales growth in both clubs and sports bars since FY22.
Regarding operational changes, RCI noted that the Nightclubs segment experienced a sequential sales improvement in September due to operational adjustments made mid-quarter. For Bombshells, the company cited new strategies and leadership implemented in the second half of FY26, which resulted in 8.2% same-store sales growth in the second half compared to a 16.7% decline in the first half.
During the fourth quarter, RCI operated 56 Nightclubs, compared to 60 in the prior year period. The company reported that sales were impacted by the absence of $1.0 million in sales from four clubs closed subsequent to the year-ago quarter. In the Bombshells segment, the company operated 12 locations, up from 11 in the prior year. Sales included $3.4 million from three new locations: Denver, CO (opened January 2025), Lubbock, TX (July 2025), and Rowlett, TX (June 2026).
