Rank One Computing Corporation d/b/a ROC announced on September 14, 2026, that it has entered into a Contract for Commercial Products and Commercial Services with the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The agreement establishes a Digital Evidence Review Platform (DERP) to support federal prosecutions.

The contract has a total potential value of $64,301,418.24 over an eight-year term, which consists of a one-year base period and seven one-year option periods. The base period runs from September 22, 2026, through September 21, 2027, and is valued at $7,414,143.80. The Company stated that if the EOUSA exercises all seven option periods, the aggregate amount payable would be $64,301,418.24.

Under the agreement, ROC will develop and support DERP to enable the ingestion, review, analysis, and production of eDiscovery content, including cell phone and social media data. The base period fees cover services on a time and materials basis, a one-year base license for ROC Evidence, licenses for processing and analyzing devices, licenses for reviewing data in cold-tier storage, licenses for analyzing data in hot-tier storage, and travel costs.

The Company noted that the contract includes seven one-year option periods with annually escalating unit prices for ROC Evidence licenses and travel costs. Services in the first option period continue on a time and materials basis, while services in the second through seventh option periods consist of environment operations, maintenance, and support on a firm fixed price basis.

ROC Chief Executive Officer B. Scott Swann stated that the award signals trust and validation for the Company’s product and ability to execute on long-term federal programs. The Company also highlighted the strategic value of its acquisition of ZTC, which brings digital forensics technology and federal experience to ROC Evidence.
