Rank One Computing Corporation (ROC) announced on September 1, 2026, that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Zuccaro Technical Consulting LLC (ZTC). The transaction was finalized on August 31, 2026, pursuant to a Purchase Agreement dated June 23, 2026. ZTC now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of ROC.
ROC stated that the acquisition is intended to expand its ROC Evidence offering into an end-to-end investigative intelligence solution. The company aims to combine ZTC’s proven digital forensics capabilities with ROC’s digital evidence management to serve government and commercial markets. According to the filing, the integration allows ROC to offer a unified workflow for ingesting, managing, analyzing, and acting on digital evidence.
B. Scott Swann, CEO of ROC, noted that the acquisition accelerates the company's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. He highlighted that the deal brings established federal customer relationships, specialized engineering talent, and incremental revenue opportunities. Additionally, the company expects to pursue cross-selling opportunities to introduce ROC’s Vision AI platform to ZTC’s customer base and to introduce ZTC’s forensics technology across ROC’s own channels.
Tony Zuccaro, founder of ZTC, has been appointed as ROC’s Chief Innovation Officer. ROC indicated that ZTC’s technology capabilities and mission-focused services will help customers ingest, process, review, and manage complex digital evidence. The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with additional hubs in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Morgantown, West Virginia.
The filing includes a standard disclaimer regarding forward-looking statements, noting that actual results may differ materially from expectations due to factors such as the ability to maintain security clearances, dependence on federal contracts, and integration risks.
