Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (AITX) announced on November 2, 2026, that its subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), has launched a campaign to recruit additional assignments for its agentic AI security professional, SARA. The initiative, titled "#OpenToWork," invites security services and remote monitoring providers to review SARA's qualifications and consider utilizing her capabilities within their operations.
SARA, which stands for Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent, is an AI platform designed to manage and escalate security incidents in real time. According to the filing, SARA works across RAD's ecosystem of devices and third-party monitoring platforms, including Immix, to evaluate events, manage response workflows, and initiate actions such as verbal engagement, alert escalation, and live video streaming. The platform also documents incident details, communications, and escalation history to create a record for reporting and accountability.
The campaign features a recorded, unscripted practice interview conducted by Steve Reinharz, CEO and founder of AITX and RAD. During the conversation, Reinharz and SARA discuss continuous monitoring, incident assessment, and communications. The video includes SARA's actual conversational responses, with visuals generated by AI added for presentation. RAD has also published SARA's professional résumé and supporting content on its website and LinkedIn.
AITX noted that SARA has earned multiple SIA New Product Showcase Awards, including the 2026 award for Commercial Monitoring Solutions and the 2025 awards for Judges' Choice and Best Threat Detection & Response Solution. The company stated that RAD is evaluating a potential expansion of the campaign that would allow qualified security industry professionals to engage SARA in a live, unscripted conversation.
In the press release, Reinharz expressed confidence in SARA's capabilities, stating, "We're so confident in SARA that we're helping her find more work." The company emphasized that SARA is an AI platform and that commercial engagements are subject to applicable agreements with RAD or its authorized providers.
