Precision Optics Corporation, Inc. has entered into a new Lease Agreement with Equity Assets, Inc. for its existing location at 22-28 East Broadway in Gardner, Massachusetts. The agreement was executed on October 28, 2026, and covers a term of one year beginning July 1, 2026.
The Lease covers approximately 12,292 rentable square feet of commercial space. The company is responsible for all personal property taxes associated with the Premises, while the Landlord is responsible for real estate taxes and assessments.
The Lease includes two options to extend the initial term for additional one-year periods, provided that the company provides at least six months' prior written notice. The monthly rent for the initial term, from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, is set at $13,316.33. On January 1, 2027, the monthly rent increases to $13,715.82, with subsequent annual increases of 3.0%.
The permitted use of the space is for the design and manufacturing of optical components and products for advanced medical, industrial, aerospace, and military applications.
