Powerfleet, Inc. announced on September 16, 2026, that its stockholders have approved an amendment to the company’s 2018 Incentive Plan. The approval occurred during the company’s 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. The amendment modifies the existing 2018 Plan, with a summary of the material terms included in the definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 2026.

The meeting included the election of four directors: Michael Casey, Ian Jacobs, Andrew Martin, and Steve Towe. Each director was elected to serve until the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders.
