Porsche Auto Funding LLC has entered into definitive agreements to complete the issuance of $911 million in asset-backed notes. The transaction, known as Porsche Financial Auto Securitization Trust 2026-1, was executed on September 30, 2026.

The notes, which include Class A-1, Class A-2a, Class A-2b, Class A-3, and Class A-4 tranches, were registered under a Securities Act of 1933 Registration Statement on Form SF-3 (Commission File No. 333-275929). The transaction documents were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 30, 2026.

The securitization involves the transfer of retail motor vehicle installment sales contracts to the Issuing Entity. These contracts relate to new, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), and used automobiles and sport utility vehicles. The transaction is governed by an Indenture with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, serving as the Indenture Trustee.

Key parties involved in the transaction include Porsche Funding Limited Partnership, acting as the seller, and Porsche Financial Services, Inc., serving as the sponsor and servicer. Porsche Auto Funding LLC is the purchaser of the receivables. The transaction also includes an Asset Representations Review Agreement with Clayton Fixed Income Services LLC.
