Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) has announced the completion of cash tender offers for two series of its outstanding debt. The offers expired at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on September 18, 2026.
The company sought to purchase up to a maximum aggregate principal amount of $50 million across two specific note series. These included the 6.70% Notes due 2043 and the 5.250% Medium-Term Notes due 2037. According to the results, a total of $46,467,050 in aggregate principal amount of Notes was validly tendered and not withdrawn.
The company accepted for payment all Notes validly tendered prior to the expiration time. The acceptance priority levels were as follows:
- 6.70% Notes due 2043: $40,765,050 was tendered and accepted.
- 5.250% Medium-Term Notes due 2037: $5,702,000 was tendered and accepted.
BofA Securities served as the Dealer Manager for the transaction, while Global Bondholder Services Corporation acted as the Information Agent and Tender Agent.
