Piper Sandler Companies (NYSE: PIPR) announced the election of Wendy L. Schoppert to its board of directors, effective September 22, 2026. The appointment was made by the company’s Nominating and Governance Committee and approved by the full Board.
Ms. Schoppert will serve on the Board’s Audit Committee. Her initial term is set to expire at the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of shareholders. Following her election, the total number of directors on the Board increased from 10 to 11 members.
