Perspective Therapeutics Inc. (CATX) has announced a clinical trial collaboration with Merck & Co. (MRK) to test the company's investigational drug PSV359 in combination with Merck's immunotherapy Keytruda.
The collaboration involves an amendment to Perspective Therapeutics' ongoing Phase 1/2A study of PSV359. The amendment will allow for the combination of PSV359 with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in patients with specific types of non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer.
Under the terms of the agreement, Perspective Therapeutics will be responsible for the manufacturing of the PSV359 drug product. Merck & Co. will be responsible for the clinical development and commercialization of the combination therapy.
