Perella Weinberg Partners (NASDAQ: PWP) reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, in a press release filed with the SEC on October 29, 2026. The firm reported revenues of $251.4 million for the third quarter, representing a 53% increase compared to the $164.6 million reported in the same period of the prior year. This growth was attributed to a higher number of fee-paying clients and a greater share of fee events exceeding $5 million.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, total revenues reached $556.8 million, an increase of 5% from the $531.7 million reported in the prior year period. The firm noted that this increase was driven by higher M&A revenue, reflecting a greater number of fee events, which was partially offset by lower financing and capital solutions revenue.

On the expense side, GAAP total compensation and benefits for the third quarter were $175.0 million, compared to $116.3 million in the prior year. Adjusted total compensation and benefits were $157.2 million. GAAP non-compensation expenses were $41.4 million for the third quarter, compared to $39.4 million in the prior year, driven by increased amortization expenses related to acquisitions and higher technology expenses.

GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the third quarter were $0.21, while Adjusted EPS was $0.39. For the nine-month period, GAAP Diluted EPS was $0.29, and Adjusted EPS was $0.63.

In terms of capital management, the firm reported a strong balance sheet with $150 million of cash and no outstanding indebtedness as of September 30, 2026. During the nine months ended September 30, 2026, Perella Weinberg returned $88.3 million to equity holders through share repurchases, dividend payments, and distributions. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share of Class A common stock, payable on December 8, 2026, to stockholders of record on November 24, 2026.

The firm also noted that it closed the acquisition of Gleacher Shacklock on September 1, 2026, and added fourteen partners and thirteen managing directors year-to-date.
