OS Therapies Incorporated (NYSE American: OSTX) reported the results of its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders, held on September 9, 2026. The meeting was held at the company's principal executive offices at 115 Pullman Crossing Road, Suite 103, Grasonville, Maryland.
At the meeting, stockholders voted on three matters. The first was the election of six directors to serve until the Company's 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. The nominees were Paul A. Romness, John Ciccio, Craig Eagle, Avril McKean Dieser, Olivier R. Jarry, and Theodore F. Search. The second matter was the approval of the amendment and restatement of the Company's 2023 Incentive Compensation Plan. The third matter was the ratification of the appointment of MaloneBailey, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

Regarding the Amended and Restated Plan, the vote was 4,515,930 For, 885,667 Against, and 2,002,913 Abstain. The ratification of MaloneBailey, LLP received 25,689,179 For votes, with 340,644 Against and 30,079 Abstain.
