Orion Group Holdings, Inc. has amended the employment agreements for its top two executives, extending their terms through the end of 2026. The company filed an 8-K on September 18, 2026, announcing that it entered into separate amendments with President and Chief Executive Officer Travis J. Boone and Executive Vice President E. Chipman Earle.
Previously, the initial terms of the agreements were set to expire on September 19, 2026. The amendments signed on September 18, 2026, have extended the initial term of both agreements to December 31, 2026. Following this extension, the contracts will provide for automatic annual extensions beginning January 1, 2027.
According to the filing, the amendments do not alter any other terms of the original employment agreements. Mr. Boone has served as President and CEO since September 27, 2023, following the execution of his original agreement. Mr. Earle has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary since March 20, 2024.
