One World Products, Inc. (OTC: OWPC) announced on October 27, 2026, that it has entered into a strategic investment and commercial partnership agreement with Los Gatos Tomato Products, LLC. The collaboration aims to develop engineered materials that incorporate tomato pomace, a byproduct of tomato processing, utilizing Los Gatos’s agricultural expertise and the Company’s formulation and manufacturing capabilities in Midland, Michigan.

Under the agreement, Los Gatos will prepare and deliver qualified tomato pomace to the Company in Midland. Quantities will be agreed upon annually, subject to approved specifications. One World Products will use its formulation, testing, compounding, and pelletizing capabilities to evaluate materials incorporating the feedstock. The Company retains ownership of the formulations and manufacturing improvements it creates, subject to Los Gatos’s existing intellectual property rights.

The parties have agreed in principle to pursue a multi-year agricultural bin purchase program. Los Gatos expects to purchase at least 2,500 bins annually under this program, with an initial three-year term and a possible two-year extension by mutual agreement. However, bin purchases remain nonbinding unless a separate definitive agreement is signed establishing pricing, specifications, and production schedules.

Los Gatos is making a $125,000 strategic equity investment in One World Products. The company also holds a non-transferable, 12-month option to make an additional investment of up to $125,000, which is optional. The shares issued in this private placement are restricted securities.

One World Products develops engineered materials through its EcoBlend automotive and industrial polymer platform and its AgriBlend agricultural biomaterials platform. Its EcoBlend formulations, including 1130 PC/ABS, 1140 TPO, and 1150 talc-filled polypropylene, have received Stellantis material approvals. The Company is focused on material qualification and commercial execution.
