OMNIQ Corp. announced on October 29, 2026, that it has entered into a two-year contract to deploy its Q Shield platform in Arkansas. This marks the Company's first deployment of the Q Shield platform in the state. The contract is intended to support the VIDEP program, which focuses on uninsured vehicle enforcement.

The deployment will utilize license plate recognition technology to assist in identifying uninsured vehicles and supporting the citation process. Under the agreement, Q Shield will send potential violations to authorized officers for review and a final enforcement decision. Cameras are planned for two locations; one location is estimated to handle a traffic volume of 8,000 to 15,000 vehicles per day, while the traffic volume at the second location has not yet been confirmed.

Financial terms of the contract stipulate that OMNIQ will receive a processing and technology fee for each citation issued through the program. The Company noted that this structure creates an opportunity for recurring revenue tied to citation activity over the two-year term. Revenue will be contingent upon the number of citations issued, and enforcement decisions remain with the responsible agency.

Shai Lustgarten, CEO of OMNIQ, stated that the contract brings Q Shield into Arkansas with a focused application for uninsured vehicle enforcement. He noted that the two-year term and per-citation fee structure provide an opportunity to generate recurring revenue as the program operates, viewing the deployment as a foundation for pursuing additional opportunities in the state.
