Omnicom Group Inc. announced its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2026. The company reported consolidated revenue of $6.4228 billion for the third quarter, an increase of $2.4 billion compared to the prior year period. This growth was primarily attributed to the acquisition of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG), which closed on November 26, 2025, as well as constant currency revenue growth.
On a non-GAAP adjusted basis, diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $2.73, representing a 22% increase from the prior year. Reported diluted EPS was $2.38. The company reported operating income of $991.7 million and adjusted EBITA of $1.1301 billion, with adjusted EBITA margins increasing to 17.6% from 16.1% in the prior year.
Revenue from core operations, which excludes businesses that have been disposed of or are classified as held for sale, was $6.0 billion. This figure reflects organic growth of 7.2% and an increase of $3.4 million due to foreign currency translation. Adjusted EBITA from core operations was $1.1 billion, with a margin of 18.2%, driven by cost reduction synergies and organic revenue growth.
Omnicom stated it is on track to deliver $900 million in cost-reduction synergies in 2026 resulting from the IPG merger. The company noted that it continues to invest in its people and agentic technology to drive business outcomes for clients.
