Ollie's Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. announced on October 13, 2026, that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a new share repurchase program. Under this authorization, the company is permitted to repurchase an additional $500 million of its outstanding common stock.
The company stated that, including its existing authorization, it now has approximately $561 million of aggregate share repurchase capacity available. The program has no expiration date and provides the company with flexibility to execute repurchases over time. Purchases may be made through open market transactions, privately negotiated transactions, Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, or other permissible means, all at the company's discretion.
Eric van der Valk, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented on the authorization, stating that it underscores the company's conviction in its long-term growth opportunity and demonstrates confidence in the durability of its business model and financial position. The company noted that it remains committed to its capital allocation priorities, which include investing in new stores, strengthening infrastructure, maintaining financial flexibility, and returning excess capital to shareholders through share repurchases.
Since initiating its share repurchase program in 2019, Ollie's has returned approximately $679 million to shareholders through share repurchases while continuing to invest in new stores, supply chain capacity, and strategic growth initiatives.
