The issuance was made under the Twenty-ninth Supplemental Indenture to the company’s Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated July 1, 1946, with Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas serving as trustee. The bonds are subject to redemption prior to maturity at the option of Northwest Natural Gas Company under specific conditions regarding the timing and redemption price.
