Nocera, Inc. (Nasdaq: NCRA) entered into a Strategic Partnership and Joint Distribution Agreement with E-PRO DISPLAY CO., LTD. of Taiwan on September 17, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, E-PRO has appointed Nocera as a non-exclusive worldwide distributor for pre-owned iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max handsets. These devices are part of a buy-back and trade-in program operated by iFP Green Technology Limited and its affiliates.
Nocera’s responsibilities under the deal include sales, customer development, and channel building. The agreement is a framework arrangement with no minimum quantity, amount, or term commitments required from either party. Transactions will only occur if separate written sale and purchase contracts are executed for specific tranches, and either party may decline a tranche without liability.
According to iFP’s written confirmation dated August 26, 2026, approximately 600,000 handsets have been allocated to E-PRO with an aggregate awarded value of approximately $520.5 million. However, the company notes that these figures represent E-PRO’s allocation and do not constitute revenue, orders, backlog, or commitments for Nocera. Actual quantities distributed will depend on sales orders or invoices issued by iFP upon shipment.
Shipments of the pre-owned devices are expected to occur in tranches from late September 2026 through the end of November 2026. The goods are to be shipped from iFP’s facilities in Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston, Texas. The Agreement has an initial term of 12 months and is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Nocera has applied, with E-PRO’s assistance, to be registered as a supplier of iFP, though that registration process is currently in progress and has not been completed.
