Nissan Auto Receivables 2026-B Owner Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, has completed the issuance of asset-backed notes, according to a Form 8-K filed on September 30, 2026. The transaction involves the transfer of retail motor-vehicle installment sales contracts to a special purpose entity established by Nissan Auto Receivables Company II LLC.

On the closing date, Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC transferred the receivables to Nissan Auto Receivables Company II LLC. These receivables relate to new, near-new, and used automobiles and light-duty trucks. Following this transfer, the Issuing Entity entered into a Sale and Servicing Agreement with NARC II as the seller, NMAC as the servicer, and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association as the indenture trustee.
