Nexscient, Inc. (OTCQB: NXNT) announced on November 2, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Flipside Digital Content Company, Inc. (“Flipside AI”), has secured new commercial agreements and expanded existing engagements over the past three months. The developments focus on data engineering services for physical AI and embodied intelligence, including real-world data collection, annotation, and quality assurance.

Flipside AI signed a production statement of work and secured an extension of an existing customer program for real-world video data collection. These programs support the development and training of robotics and embodied AI systems. Additionally, Flipside AI continues to deliver annotation services for autonomous driving applications, including computer vision, vision-language, and driving-behavior tasks. The customer has requested continued capacity through the end of 2026, with discussions regarding future requirements underway.

In a separate agreement, Flipside AI signed a statement of work with a global mobility and technology platform for 3D annotation and related quality assurance services. This deal establishes a direct customer relationship for a workstream previously delivered through a third-party tooling provider, with a stated term extending through July 31, 2027. The company also signed a new statement of work with an existing AI customer in October 2026 covering computer vision annotation and review services. This agreement renews monthly and is subject to termination provisions.

Fred E. Tannous, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nexscient, stated that these developments underscore the strength of the company’s existing customer relationships and its continued execution across data collection, annotation, and quality assurance.
