Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) announced a leadership change within its commercial division on September 16, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed Vishal Sikri as Executive Vice President, Commercial, effective September 16, 2026. Mr. Sikri previously served as Senior Vice President of Product at Myriad for the past year.
The appointment comes as Brian Donnelly, who has served as Chief Commercial Officer since May 2025, departs the company. Mr. Donnelly is expected to remain as a non-executive employee through September 21, 2026, to assist with the transition of his responsibilities.
In a statement, Sam Raha, President and CEO of Myriad Genetics, expressed gratitude for Mr. Donnelly’s contributions. Mr. Raha highlighted Mr. Sikri’s deep domain knowledge in molecular diagnostics and oncology, as well as his track record of driving growth and operational excellence. Mr. Sikri stated that he is energized to lead the commercial organization at this stage and looks forward to partnering with the executive leadership team to advance the company's mission.
The company noted that Mr. Sikri’s appointment was announced via press release on September 16, 2026. Additionally, Myriad Genetics reaffirmed its financial guidance for the full year 2026, as previously announced during its second quarter 2026 earnings call on July 30, 2026.
