Upon the completion of the distribution, MSGS Spinco, Inc. will be renamed MSG Rangers Corp. and will list its Class A Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MSGR.” MSG Sports is expected to be renamed MSG Knickerbockers Corp. and will change its NYSE symbol to “MSGK.”
