Mercury Systems, Inc. has announced that the Essex County Superior Court in Massachusetts has granted preliminary approval for the settlement of two stockholder derivative actions. The court entered orders on September 9, 2026, and September 15, 2026, approving the proposed settlement for the cases captioned Jones v. Aslett, et al., Civil Action No. 2577CV00600, and McKinnon vs. Aslett, et al., Civil Action No. 2577CV01299-A.
The settlement was agreed upon by the parties on July 9, 2026, and a motion for preliminary approval was filed on July 14, 2026. The filing includes a Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement and a Notice of Proposed Derivative Settlement, which were attached as exhibits to the report.
The proposed settlement was previously disclosed in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 3, 2026, within the notes to the financial statements under Note K, “Commitments and Contingencies,” specifically under the heading “Legal Claims.”
