Merck & Co. Inc. announced that it has entered into an exclusive global license agreement with SciBrunch Therapeutics. The agreement grants Merck rights to develop and commercialize SPR2015, an investigational preclinical oral KRAS G12D inhibitor. Under the terms of the deal, Merck will pay SciBrunch a $400 million upfront payment.

The agreement also includes potential additional payments to SciBrunch, which will be contingent upon the achievement of certain development and commercial milestones. The company stated that it expects to record a pre-tax charge of $0.13 per share related to this agreement in the third quarter of 2026.
